To do a complete format for ePub and MOBI you need to have the following files available to upload now:
Book manuscript in MS Word format;
Book front cover image in .jpg or psd format; and
MS Word file containing the name of the author(s), name of the publishing firm (if any), and the text for the back page ‘blurb’.
And a final note: TURNAROUND time is usually 5-7 business days excluding Weekends and Holidays.
