We will work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with our work for you. At present we rarely need to go beyond 3 revisions to achieve this. In our experience this is adequate for the great majority of authors. We may agree at our discretion to do more revisions for you within the original fee. We reserve the right to change the number of revisions we offer at any time without notice.

For an additional rush fee of $24.95, we will format your files within 24 hours, so long as we have availability. Please contact us first to make sure we have someone available to do the job.

At this time, we do not accept any documents that have been previously formatted by another designer. It is generally too time-consuming to correct mistakes and maintain the formatting you already have. Our suggestion is to contact your current designer and have them fix the problem. If this is not an option for you we are happy to do our best for you in the circumstances.

No. Any commercial fonts that you want to use must be supplied.

No. We do not purchase stock photos for clients. If you want specific stock photos used for your cover, then you must purchase them.

Yes. During business hours, we offer 15 minute online consultations to clients before they order. We agree the date and time for any such consultation beforehand.

Once you place your order and your payment to us is confirmed, you can upload your book by clicking the Upload Your Book link in the main menu of the website. If you are having trouble using this feature of the website you can email your files directly to us at: info@epub-experts.com If your files are too large to attach to an email you can put them into a Dropbox (or other cloud-based storage) account and send a link to us by using the same email address: info@epub-experts.com

It really depends on the backlog of orders that we have. Generally, when an order is placed it can take between 5-7 business days before your order will be delivered. If our backlog is high with orders, it can take up to 10 business days. Note: Business days are Monday-Friday. We are also closed during National Holidays. Weekends and Holiday Services – Exceptions for Urgent Work: Generally we do not provide our services during weekends and holiday periods. However if you need our services completed urgently over a weekend or holiday period we will do our best to accommodate you.
